The team building of Fine Chemical department was organized from 26^th Sep to 28^th Sep. During three days, all members were invited to visited one of the CAC manufacturing plant—Yangli in Jiangxi Province, they participanted to plan CAC future development direction and went hiking in world heritage-Lushan Mountain.

      It scheduled various topics for three days activities. In the first day, members visited Yangli Plant to got to know the site planning, facilities and earthwork evacuation status, which help built all members confidence of bright future of CAC.

      Next day, well-known consultant company Mercer was invited to give several training including marketing status, CAC competitiveness introduction, development direction and market shares after expansion from marketing, finance,managements, logistics, human resources, etc. perspectives to all the members. Due to all people’s efforts, a strategy targeting specific area and customer was going to roll out and implement with detail in future work.

    At the end of training, vice president Ms. Sun valued the model of team learning this time, highly remarked all participants reaching a common sense toward a designed target through discussion and analysis internally. She also called for expanding this spirit to daily routine work and achieving synergistic effect in CAC.

    All members went hiking Lushan Mountain in the 3^rd day and complete foot orienteering, video blog and brain storming during the visit. And dinner party was held in the evening to celebrate upcoming Mid-autumn Festival.

     It is believed that the overall strength of Fine Chemical team has been strengthened through this activity. Just like the theme of this activity indicated “work with one heart”, “conduct with same action” and achieve “win-win through outbreak”. We believe all Fine Chemical members will create more value for the company in future.
