CAC Group 2019 annual meeting was held in Nantong in Jan 13 to Jan 15. 300 participants including plant representative and distinguished guests from all plants attended this meeting. The annual meeting purpose was to offer a platform for participants to summarize 2019 work and exchange ideas to others. Vice president Mr.Qi presided over the meeting, financial director Helen Hua reported fiscal performance and Chairman Xie shared 2019 works and plan for 2020.

CAC Group achieved excellent performance in 2019 under the lead of management. The 2,4-D output from Jiangxi Tianyu Plant has reached the target，in addition Xinhe Plant produced sufficient Chlorothalonil to the market. All departments worked closely to reach year over year sales increase in revenue of approximately 45% while after tax profit increase 58%.

In annual meeting, President Xie summarized 2019 full year work and expected bright future in 2020. He said there were 5 significant improvements for CAC in this year.1. CAC enrolled many talented persons to enhance CAC international professionalization.2. Several key products built up a good brand awareness and high position in industry, especially for 2,4-D, Chlorothalonil, Azoxystrobin and 4E these core product. 3. To carry out high standard HSE management system in company. 4. Accumulate solid fund and its profitability is acknowledged by financing institution. 5. New molecule development made great progress which has become the key factor of CAC new business transformation.

President Xie pointed out that it’s not easy to make achievement in the previous 27 years, therefore CAC need to keep four important abilities to main success. 1. Keep learning new things and abandon old thinking pattern. 2. Transfer from product-led business model to service-led model. 3. Keep creating ability 4. Encourage relaxed environment and culture, being tolerate for failure and new try.

At the end of the report, President Xie appealed all CAC staff adjust attitude toward work and keep learning all the times. After report, Chairman Farmer Tin awarded outstanding employee for their excellent performance in 2019.
