2020 Spring Festival is so different due to Covid-19 epidemics. CAC headquarter, subsidiaries and plants took action immediately to protect staff health and keeps company operating as usual since the beginning of outbreak.

On 28^th Jan, Chairman Farmer Tin who stranded in United Kingdom presided over management teleconference to understand the domestic outbreak situation, assigned control and protection work for epidemics. Farmer stressed that the health of staff member is the most valuable things to the company, therefore the priority for CAC was to make all effort to protect member’s health. The next day, President Xie and Vice president Qi organized teleconference with all plants managers, group material buyers and operation responsible persons to deliver Farmer’s opinions, in addition to require all the management members to guarantee all prevention activities would be fully implemented.

CAC Administration set up Covid-19 prevention and control group to issue emergency notice for all the members, and asked all members-especially for those who visited Hubei province before to report health condition. On Jan 24, the group has contacted all 32 staff members whose home are in Hubei, and suggested them how to protect during epidemic. CAC always back up staff all the time.

Considering CAC plant maintaining production during the Spring Festival, Covid-19 prevention and control group took several effective measures including personnel isolation, 14 days quarantine, manufacturing equipment sterilizing and protection equipment supply. All the meetings were held through internet to avoid gathering.

Under the leader of CAC board of director, CAC overcome all difficulties to curb the epidemic and resumed work and production safely amid the outbreak in the country.
